The rigid passenger compartment is protected by front and rear crumple zones that absorb the energy of any impact. The side strips can be easily removed and make it possible to minimise repair costs (in the event of an accident) while generous bumpers without any sharp edges ensure maximum protection.

The partition separating the passenger compartment from the load compartment can be panelled, glazed or, with a fixed partial grille. Alternatively, the Fiorino is also equipped with a 9-bar tubular metal ladder to protect the driver against any load movements.
