The new dashboard has a completely redesigned centre console, with chrome detailing and a pleasant opaque and gloss alternating pattern, an integrated radio system and a built in TomTom set-up with MyPort. There are two trim levels available: the sensible and practical basic option level and the technological highlights of the Techno version. Both versions provide the functionality required by a true working environment.

With its ergonomic design and sophisticated performance, the new Ducato's radio system is equipped with a 30W 4-speaker system, for a high-fidelity audio experience. With its CD and MP3 player, RDS system, TA and PTY functions the radio system also has steering wheel controls and can be connected to the Blue&Me device with hands-free operation, and advanced voice recognition, to USB devices connected to the dedicated port in the central storage compartment, to an external MP3 player and to the SMS Interpreter device, which automatically reads text messages received by your mobile phone.

The data collected on board can be subsequently grouped and processed by means of the eco:Drive Fleet web platform, designed to manage company fleets and improve their efficiency.

The power and torque offered by the new Euro 5 engines are efficiently managed by two manual 6-speed gearboxes (one for the 2.3 110, 130 and 150 HP versions and one for the 3.0 180 HP version) which offer optimum drivability and contribute towards reducing emissions and noise.
The 180 MultiJet Power Euro 5 is available with the Comfort-Matic gearbox on request, with manual robotised transmission (MTA), which combines the efficiency of a traditional gearbox with the comfort of an automatic. The Comfort-Matic is also equipped with the Up Button, to optimise gear changes when travelling with full loads and on gradients, automatically ensuring the best engine operation for all circumstances.
